Inserting HTML onto Side Bar
1. Now you have copied the HTML code for your image, you need to then go to your widgets.
2. Click on Appearances in your Dashboard. Locate Widgets and navigate to this page.
3. Look for the sidebar section.
4. Take a'text' widget from the left hand side and insert it into your left or right sidebar - depending on where you want it to be. I use the right side bar as it works better with my theme.
5. You now have a text insert in your sidebar. If its closed, click on the little arrow which will open the text box.
6. Right click in the text box to paste in the HTML code you previously copied.
7. Make sure you update the page to save the HTML.

This one has been driving me nuts for weeks now...to the point I gave up and now have many empty image windows....I will try again...

The theme I'm dealing with on another site does not have an image widget, unlike my main site. So was finding a work around. Thanks so much!
