Now your list is set up, the next phase is to create you sign up form.
This is very easy to do, in fact once you get the hang of Aweber you will appreciate how user friendly it is.
All you have to do is click on sign up forms and you are then taken to the template page;
This is a standard template sign up form, however you are able to create your own designs by using the tool bar at the top.
Here you can load templates by clicking the show templates tabs to the right.
the tabs to the top left allow you to change headers, fonts and colors and also add and remove things:

You also have the choice of advanced options where you are able to load background images.
Once you are happy with your form save it and go to the next step.

It's a multi-page tutorial, you have to click on the blue button to the right "next page" and it will take you to the start of it.
Now I'm REALLY glad I said what I did in my comment because now you know what tutorials are and how to gain full advantage of them.

I've not come across traffic wave as yet but I will certainly check it out. I've only just started doing the email marketing and tried MailChimp but I could not get the hang of it.
