This Check Broken Links tab is a great one.

It shows if you have any bad links on your site. Maybe you linked out to somewhere that no longer exists. This is also a bad mark on your SEO so it is very important to make sure they all work from time to time.

We looked at some other websites to find one that showed you what it looks like if you get some bad ones.

TOP TIP : Now, if you were a local business consultant you could offer this service as a foot in the door and when they see you are a legend you can upsell them to your other paid services!
