Of course this is one of the fields we are looking to see progress on everyday.. At the moment mine are blank as I am ready to start rechecking them!

To do this I use Jaaxy... just look for the Check Site Rank and enter your Keyword, then enter the URL you are checking... take the results and enter them onto the template!

Like I say, I do not have the information entered here yet, I like to go over them once per month and recheck them all... And I will be doing that in a while.

Of course This comes after you have published your post or page... and you hopefully have some traffic.
