I have found some wonder support for a Profesional Privacy Policy. I'm no Lawyer, but I do take this business seriously. The Privacy Policy that WA Affiliate is good. However it lacks some important details. If you look at it you will notice much of the page is blank.If you look over the FED Trade Act. I was told there is mispellings and other problems. Termly.io also offers a new Terms Of Service and most everything else you need to be legal. When my business gets ramped up more. I will be sitting down with an attorney to discuss if I need to carry an insurance policy on my business and how much coverage I would need to be legal.
I'm not scared of being sued just becoming perpaired. There were people on here and other places that said you do not need a EIN number and to file taxes. I guess that is true to a point. you really don't need to pay for taxes. Then again when Uncle Sam comes knocking on your door for his cut, I don't want to be standing there with a blank stare telling them I did not know you had to pay taxes.
If you own a business and If I remeber correctly anything over $300.00 total earned in a year is taxable.Please go look that up to be sure. When my business grows, I will be filling once a quarter. Which is normal for most all businesses.
Now on a much lighter note. During your first year of business save ALL your receipts. Anything that you spend money on your business for can possibly be used as a deduction. If you work from home, Your room you work from can be deducted, your phone, part of your water and electric bill.Tolls and parking If you go to a webinar or network meeting,gas receipts, to be sure SAVE ALL YOUR RECEIPTS IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THEN SORRY LATER.

I come across many lawyer bloggers, that mention the importance of privacy policy, affiliate disclaimers, and terms fo service. In fact, I am I just became an affiliate of a lawyer-blogger but, I don't promote her products just yet because, I myself, do not own the legal pages, which is something, I do plan on doing soon.
Then again, I am not sure if I should talk with a lawyer like you stated in person. I don 't know I will have to do my research a little more. Anyways, thank you so much for this, because, this is one topic for someone reason many people keep hush about.
