I saw a question today about positioning images in a blog done within a profile. So within this tutorial, when I say blog this is where I mean.

Posts (or blogs) done in your website can be aligned using the buttons provided when you click on the image. The blogs I am going to talk about can not be handled this way (or so I have been told). I didn’t want to waste time wrestling with this problem so did my own work around. I have ‘Microsoft Office Windows 10’ so I use ‘Paint’.

So I am going to explain step by step how to do it my way. One thing to note is that you can align almost anywhere across the page that you want to. My illustration is using our friendly neighbourhood wombat.

This image is cascaded to save space but shows the different indents. I will do each type individually on the following pages. (One would be enough. The others are for reinforcement.)

Thanks Helen. Good to know about this method and it certainly enables the creative juices to flow!

We can also use the WP editor on our site to create a draft post, add images as we normally do at our site, then come here and copy/paste it. It will retain its formatting because WA blogs are built on the WordPress platform.

Excellent tutorial and always good to have options.

THIS IS GREAT! I haven't even fiddled with this feature of Windows 10...know I'm off to 'play'...lol. Thank you for this!

And play it is. Sometimes I use a combination of Canva and Paint especially if I am superimposing using transparency.
