Our WA Guy or Gal Asks
- I have a domain name
- www.XYZ.com
- created using Godaddy
- I have pointed this domain to the WA hosting server
- NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM
NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM - I have started a Blog and Funnel system, and setup domains.
- I have also started Wordpress sysyem, and setup domains.
- I have FTP and Plesk 8.0
How do I point these domains to NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM and NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM?
HOW TO PART --Nameserver Placement Inside of Web Host
NOTE: Plesk 8.0 is another e-panel located inside of the WA Hosting.
It's where you also enter your main domain from your web host inside of WA's hosting.
Go into your domain manager inside of GoDaddy, 1&1, Hostgator, or wherever your domain is registered and hosted. You can register your domain with one service and host that domain elsewhere.1) Pull up your account where that domain is being hosted
2) Checkmark domain name once you're logged in
3) Click on domain manager
4) Go into the manager and look for the DNS Nameserver spaces
You should see 2 - 4 spaces
5) Then enter the code
NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM
NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM
6) Hit save.
7) Check URL links to make sure your blog and/or website appear

You're right Barbara this is a big topic right now :)
The only question I have, and I might be wrong, but shouldn't all new (domain) DNS values now be pointing to NS3.MYWAHOSTING.com and NS4.MYWAHOSTING.COM rather than NS1 and NS2 since the server upgrade in July?
I ended up in a right frazzle with this but all worked out in the end [lol]!
