To help create irresistible Pins, you need to know what your target audience wants. By clicking on the Audience tab in your analytics you get much more precise information about the demographics of the people who see and act on your Pins.

You can also click on the Interests tab and see more information. This give you the opportunity to dig down into your audience to see their wants, needs, desires, what appeals most to them in image form and niche content. This is a lot easier than Facebook Audiences.
