It was a mess at my side too, so I thought more must suffer from this, and I found out you can use one tag multiple times, quite nice looking now

In trying this out I found that in the last step my list doesn't show the option to delete any of the ones I don't need anymore. Any suggestions? Thank you again. :)

You have to remove the tag with the black cross, and then click on close. the item will disappear from your list

Yes, you can star them here, and when you are done, you can remove them easily
