I'm debating between 2 niches, one I'm very passionate about, and another is one the wife and I talked about that we know people shop for these products online a bunch, because we do the same.
What would be the best way to go about this in the beginning? Eventually I would love to have them both going

I would suggest you choose the one that resonates with you the most, you just need to define your starting point...and through time you can be involved with MANY different niches.
When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:
I want to help people that ______________.
Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience.

My Niche is a broad Niche to begin with as it covers A LOT. It's super hard to narrow down and focus on one aspect of it. Is this doable and can you go from there? I will definitely have a lot of work on my hands and time to put into it which is fine, because it is my passion and my drive to do this. Not worried about work or time. Just wondering if anyone has ever had a Niche that covers a lot that you can't just narrow down to a few little things and made it work?

I actually always do that. I go broad when picking a domain and niche, then start with a smaller part of that niche and then expand later. That way, I can have a site that will last for many years to come, rather than getting stuck with something too narrow. You're on the right track, so keep it going!

As we discussed in chat this niche is massive and it is your passion. Your passion not because it is fashionable or because you want to be seen it is because you have a vested interest in it. Just go for it, but start with one aspect and write 20 articles, then choose another aspect and then write another 200 articles. You will get there. Thank you so much! I really appreciate that and didn't think of starting that way. I will do that here in a little bit. Have to make supper for the kiddos here and get them off to church for youth group and when I'm back from dropping them off I will get the start of it going.

Ok here are my questions in relation to the Niche Finder tool. Is this just supposed to be a simple tool that gives general ideas on potential niches without regard to search volume, interest, potential of the phrase for monetization, etc?
Also what happens when you run out of "searches"? Do you have to purchase more? If so, for how much?
And jumping ahead a bit, a similar question for Jaaxy. When I go to it, it asks me to sign up and says I have so many free uses (I believe it may have been 30). Do I have to pay more after that? If so, how much?
For context, I just rejoined as a premium member after having been gone for several years so the way everything works here now is very new to me.

Hi - the Niche Finder is just a brainstorming tool, to help you come up with ideas to narrow down your niche.
You are given 50 searches per month, these will be renewed each month, you can't buy any extra.
As a Premium member, you should have unlimited searches with Jaaxy, it should be connected to your account already.
Click on your profile photo at the top right of the screen, and go to Account Settings.
Check if the email address within Jaaxy, is the same as your WA account.

Is this method all about creating website, driving traffic through SEO in google to the website and make money from affiliates and ads posted on website? How about generating leads through ads on FB, IG and other social media platform to direct traffic to opt in page or landing page via sales funnels and earning commissions through other people's courses?
Just want to know what works best and what is scalable or may be both methods can be applied? Little confused by looking at different methods people are applying nowadays. Thanks

You can do that. However, it is better to know if a website is making money, then you can leverage it with ads building more sales and revenue.
Initially, I would run with SEO, and as soon as your website is making commissions, you may reinvest your proceeds with ads if you so wish.
Also, please be aware with ads alone, as soon as you stop paying; the traffic stops; however, if you have an SEO-optimized website, you will find that traffic will continue.
Of course, there are other ways to monetize your website, by ad networks, for example, provided it services compelling information content to your readers and visitors.

You could use a persona or a pen name, and for your image you could use an AI built caricature. This is something that a lot of famous authors and bloggers do Bri, so that would be completely fine.
People just need to feel as though there is someone behind the content, and that they are there to help them. That is key to establishing trust, and converting.
