OK, awesome. You now have your niche, in other words, the direction for your brand & business. That is great and don't worry about this not being "perfectly clear" at this point, as you move forward the pieces of the puzzle are going to come together.
Starting with a big piece today, your website. We are going to be taking our niche idea and turning it into a tangible business starting with your website.
Building a Website Ain't Scary, It's FUN!
Building a website sounds like a "scary" process, but fortunately you have access to the most advanced, yet simplistic website platform in the world here at Wealthy Affiliate. I am not going to toot our horn any longer, I would rather you experience the website builder and platform for itself. The first step today is going to be building your website, which will literally take you less than 30 seconds.
Click the SiteBuilder link within the menu, and you are going to be ready to rock here (and complete the next task).
Below I have included a "Building Your Website in Under 30 Seconds" video walking you through the Website Platform (also known as SiteRubix) here at WA and showing you how quickly and efficiently you can build a website here at Wealthy Affiliate.
Task 1: Build Your Website
Your website is your foundation of your business. It is where all of your traffic is ultimately going to come to, where you are going to build brand and trust within the industry, and where you can promote products/services and generate $$$!
The SiteBuilder platform here at WA is the most simplistic, yet advanced in the industry. It is going to take less than 30 seconds to get a fully operational, profit ready Wordpress website up and running online.
There are 4 SIMPLE steps in the website build process, that I am going to walk you through here. To access the SiteBuilder and EVERYTHING related to your website, you will simply click the light blue "SiteRubix" button in the main menu.
Step 1: Choose the Kind of Website
There are TWO options here, "On a free domain" or "On a domain I own".
If you are just starting out as a Starter member, you will be building a website on the .siterubix.com domain, which is a completely free website. You can build and host your own FREE website as a Starter and you can use that to get rolling with your niche website.
When you are ready to take things to the next level, you will want to consider getting your own domain name. Having your own .com domain will lead to quicker rankings in search engines (like Google) and will also be the start of your successful, high value brand. You can get your very own domain for FREE within the Premium memberships, so, so something to consider when you are ready.
For the sake of this training, we are going to be choosing "On a free domain".
Do know that within the Premium memberships, you can easily MOVE a free .siterubix.com button to a registered domain (one you own) using the "Premium Only" MOVE feature.
So by all means start off with a free website and then down the road you can easily move it to your own domain. Easy peasy.
Step 2: Choose a Domain
Remember last lesson when I chose my "niche". In this step, I am going to be choosing a name for my website and placing it in the "domain name" field. This is because this will be my website URL and my brand moving forward.
As you can see below, I have added my brand "Calorie Method" into the domain field. I am building a website to help people with calorie counting (and ultimately losing weight).
The first step is choosing the domain name, which is your niche name. 
When you type in your domain, it will let you know if it is available or not. In my case it was, but if your first choice is not available simply do another search until you find a domain name that works for you.
You cannot put spaces in your domain name, hence why my domain is "caloriemethod".
***As I mentioned in the last section, ideally I want to OWN my own .com domain asset, and I will be getting my own domain in the next level. ;)
Step 3: Choose a Website Name
The name of your website should match your domain, but it just needs to be grammatically correct (with proper spacing). You can see below my example of this:
Domain: caloriemethod.siterubix.com
Title: Calorie Method
It is as simple as that. Don't overthink this step, your title will be the same as your domain.
Step 4: Choose a Design
The last step is choosing a "look" for your theme. As a Starter member you will have access to ONE theme that has been hand-picked for quality, speed, security, and overall theme design.
When you do upgrade, you will have access to over 4,134 designs (as shown below). There are always new designs being added to this daily. These are referred to as "Themes".
The theme will be selected for you if you are Starter (GeneratePress), but if you have already upgraded you will be able to choose any theme that you want.
After your choose your theme, head to the "Ready to build" section and simply click "Build My Website".
And presto, you are doing and you are now up and running with your website!

Yes make up products can be a little too broad. Try digging deeper, like what kind of products?
You can also use the niche finder located on the home page under dashboard.

Where you are at an advantage is that you know how you want to develop your business, and grow your range. This can help you when you decide on a domain name and branding (logos and site colors). So, don't have a domain saying "teenmakeup" unless you are going to focus solely on makeup for teens (which will keep you busy for a long time if you want to go that route).
So my advice is to brand with your medium to long term direction in mind, but focus on a more specific sector in the early stages.

I completed the 1st level with creating website successfully but,
I'am forced to stop here because to upgrade my leve a$$$ is must and I Can't afford .....
You may remain a starter indefinitely and communicate with the platform indefinitely; you may search for resources in the magnifying glass top menu. You can also start building content for a focused niche website. You can join the platform when you can; no rush here.
Moreover, I would consider joining the platform if you are serious about pursuing an online business.
First a disclaimer - I am brand new here, so take my comment with a grain of salt.
I love the idea of herbal tea as medicine. I think that really makes herbal medicine approachable and even enjoyable. "Tea Time Is Me Time" is catchy but I don't know if it conveys the nuance and depth of your intention of herbal tea as medicine. That distinction is key to your brand, I think you want it front and center.
That is a great niche, but you’re right. It may be a bit too broad.
Herbal Tea is a type of herbal medicine. You can come up with many keyword ideas around herbal tea.
As for the name, it is catchy, but try to focus on what your website entails.
Maybe “Natural Remedies with Herbal Tea” could be a good name because it entails the different kinds of treatments you can receive when drinking certain kinds of herbal teas.
