Now that I got you all organized, with color coded cards, and cute little tabs,

you need to go back to school again and think about Vocabulary!

The color coded cards will do you no good if you do not understand the words you are writing on them!

You would think that smart people like us would be able to read a page of instructions and understand all the words! Not so in Affiliate Marketing! Not only are there specific terms to learn, they use words we think we know, but in a totally new and different way. A thread has nothing to do with a needle, ping has nothing to do with pong, and a bum is not a homeless guys living out of a box.

Jargon is a term that means vocabulary specific to a subject matter, that those in that field know and understand perfectly but the rest of the world may not.

You will find many of the WA Share tutorials and in the forum for sure, those who have been at this awhile use Internet marketing jargon all the time. They truly are trying to be helpful, but just do not realize they are using words we do not understand.

What this tutorial will do is give you a little bit of background into what has to happen to learn a new word, some humorous suggestions how to do it and show you the WA resource they have for this very thing.

In my first tutorial on getting organized, I told you to write the words down in your notebook as you went. Now I will tell you what to do with them!

Learn some factoids next!

I printed out this article, and the type is very, very small--readable but a bit irritating. Is there any way to increase the size of type here on the WA site for printing or must I copy/paste into my word processing program to do so?

Cheers and happy weekend to all!

This article got me to thinking of what would happen if i typed in "internet marketing dictionary" in Googles search engine? I did...and it came up with a free resource..."marketingterms.com/dictionary/". This has definitions for several (if not all) internet marketing words and phrases one could imagine!
Thanks for the brainstorm!
