I have been to many peoples pages to add comments and I have noticed a couple of things. Two I would like to mention are:
1. So many comments for the post that I have to do a lot of scrolling to get to the bottom to where I can add my comment.

2. The comments appear first whereas I myself prefer to see the most recent comment.

In this tutorial (which is my first) I want to show two settings where we can control how many comments are displayed and change the order in which the comments show up.
