The thing about trademark law is that If you don't actively protect your trademark, you lose it. So while it might be unreasonable in your eyes for them to claim the words best, and buy, they do have a trademark on the term "bestbuy" and it is in the same industry. Using their term in your domain name is indeed a trademark infringement, and whether they want to or not, they're obligated to defend it and ask you not to use it. If they don't discover you, it's fine, but if you're there ranking for the search term then it'd be hard for them to pretend they didn't know you were there.
