Thanks for the video..I use MS Outlook for my email manager.. I download all of my gmail accounts into outlook.. It autologs into each one, downloads email which I have organized in outlook.. Very easy and simple.. Only need to login to Outlook. Everything else is automatic.. I got tired of having to log into multiple gmail (or others) every day.. If you use something other than Outlook, you can probably do the same thing.

I use google mail and have a number of accounts but have to log into each one from the drop-down list.
How have made it so you don't have to log into each one?
It will save lots of time as my account is filling up much more since joining WA.
