QUESTION INDICATOR
While in Live Chat and you see a "Green" number indicator, this is telling you that a member needs help with a question. If the number is a "Green" "3" then 3 WA Members need help with a question.
In this example, we are going to use just 1 question which a Member needs help with. If you see the following Symbol (below) it will indicate 1 Member needs help with a question.

Thank you Loes. Yes, we were hoping so. We would wait in Live Chat sometimes for 5-10 minutes waiting for a member to respond meanwhile we could have still be working away.
One time we just came back to the live chat and seen the 'red' reply symbol and thought "that's cool" and just searched for who responded.
Now we use the feature all the time. :)

Yes, I agree. I wish Live Chat was a different format and more user friendly too. I find it difficult to follow conversations or to know who people are talking to you if they don't reply directly to the member.
I've also missed responses to our questions because of how fast it scrolls down and because of that we use the 'reply' feature even more so now because it will tell us how many responded and when we scroll through the discussion it will give us the symbol indicating they replied making it easier for us to find.

Hi Paul and Ann! Thanks a lot for timely training. Yesterday I didn’t get notification from Live Chat, I assume it’s because members replied in public area, not me directly. I was able to see answers after I scrolled down. Also, good to know that we need to leave Live Chat to get notified. Hope, I got it right! Thanks again.
