This is going to be a little more difficult because it involves typing some html codes.

Having said that, let's continue.

The target is the section or spot of the page you are 'jumping' to.

It will be in the following form:

<a name = "unique name"> </a>

- unique name is the name after you put the '#' in the link.

Copy the bolded text and change the 'unique name' to the name you put in the link(in page 2). Please note that this does not include the '#' in the name.

So for my case, I added "Target Text" as my target destination.

Next, go to the text editor and copy the bolded code and change the 'unique name' to the name which I gave to the link text, which was 'test'.

If you go back to the visual editor, you should see something like an anchor appear. The anchor should be positioned one or 2 lines above the link text. This is because the anchor will be at the top of the page after you targetted it.

Just select it (you won't see any selection) cut it and paste it 1 or 2 lines above the link text.

Next, we will cover how you can link to an external post as well!
