CHECK BEFORE POSTING

Check your post first and make sure that you have no spelling mistakes, you are happy with the picture and you are ready to post.

Hit the POST button and there you go, you have posted to Google+

Check back in the Google Search bar a bit later on using your keywords for the article or content and hopefully you will have made it to the first few pages.

FOLLOW SAME PROCESS FOR OTHER LINKS

You can follow the same process for Website content and even post your Wealthy Affiliate links to Google+, then share it on to Facebook and Twitter and any other social site you link to.

You usually make it in the first few pages if you're not using an incognito window, which means that google is curating these results just for you and anyone else.
I do recommend sharing it on G+, but keep in mind that it'll only appear so fast in the first page for you. For everyone else it depends on their search and browsing history.

Yep good point to note. I have found it helps with your ranking as well. Ive tried posting some articles were not preforming and it seems to bring up their ranking. Using Google+ is often overlooked, so Ive put it out there. thanks for your comment.
