I will now discuss first two columns which are :

searches and traffic

In the first column you can see how many searches for this keyword has been performed in Google in the last month. The higher the number the more searches has been performed and the higher chances for getting good Google ranking when using this long tail keyword.

And in the second column you will get results of of the traffic that very well ranked site could receive in the span of one month. The higher the number the better potential to receive more traffic into your article.
