I know Emily, in my mid 40's I hadn't played squash for about 6 years and was offered a game by a colleague.
I just had to play as hard as I could, although I had become unfit in the meanwhile, and snapped my achilles as a result....doh!!!

I broke my tailbone a couple of years ago....shhhh, don't tell anyone! I try NOT to advertise that you can get hurt playing! Among all of us women hockey players, we wear our injuries like a badge of honor...but we keep hush when around new or prospective players, as we want them to join us!

Thanks! Finally got to a question out there that hadn't already been answered AND it was a question I could help with! Thought I would just answer the question...but then realized I could create a Tutorial as well! Not my best work, art-wise...wanted to move quickly and get the questions answered!
