Hi Cathy,

Your video keeps cutting out on my end :) I agree 100% that videos are great to build trust so that your not just someone behind a computer to them.

I use my smart phone to make my videos. I have a little tripod that my smart phone sits in, i put the timer on it... i also connect a lapel microphone to my shirt sothere's no static or outside sound interference... then i do the final edit in adobe premiere... and kaboom a professional looking video :)

Thanks for sharing....

Regards

Emrah

thanks for letting me know Emrah, I have just replayed it here and it seems ok, It might have happened on the upload or something, I will see what other people say and then if its still happening I will see if I can make another video and upload it or if I will have to make another training to host the video.

I have a tripod that turns into a selfie stick with a bluetooth button, great for making out door videos. On screen recordings I have a headset with mike like a switchboard operator would use but I am looking at getting a clip on mic for other video work. At the moment I either don't use a mic if in a quiet room or use my small plug in earphone with a mic if I am outside.

Thank you so much for sharing Cath. I love the tripods and they're so cheap too... they also make a huge difference for photos... they're very handy indeed.

Warm Regards,

Emrah

plus the bluetooth means you can get much better more natural photos ;-)

Really? How does the bluetooth make the photos better? I didn't know this :)

well it means that you push the button on a clicker rather than having to hold the phone is a funny angle to take the photo ;-)

Ahh :) what do you take photos of? For my products i put them in a light box and keep the phone on the tripod close up. I set the timer for this very reason... so when i push the button ... there is no shake at all.... Also my tripod rotates so i can keep the phone still at any angle.

Maybe your way is better, or you take photos of different things to me:)

Thanks Cathy...

selfies are selfies, my products are products I use so I take pictures of me using them, usually holding them too so the clicker comes in handy.
