Since Carson introduced blog on 1,000,000 Optimized Images for site content on WA portal on 18.01.18, it became very easy to search the images. However for beginners it still remains doubtful on how to save these images in Media Library. Hence this training is about how to insert images and screenshots into already written blogs on website or WA portal.

So let us start to beautify our content with images and screenshots.

Hi Gaurav,
Thanks for an excellent article.
Question: I inserted an image as a feature image - It was too big so I cropped it - but on the blog it still shows the same size. Do I need to go back and reduce the size of the image before saving and if so what is the minimum size it needs to be?
Thanks for your tutorial and look fwd to hearing from you.

You'll have to resize/crop the image offline before uploading it.

Hey, when I began to use Site Content , I had many more photos to work with. What took me awhile to figure out was how to put some catchy phrase or my site URL on the photo!

While reading this training I came up with the idea how to add only pics from site content to the wp image library to use in older posts.

You create a fake post, only add a title and all the pics you want to transfer to WordPress Media.

Next, you publish the post. You then want to edit it in word press.

There you delete the post but the pics stay in the library yeah.

That's a great idea Zappades. I will surely try it. Thanks.

True because I was trying to, somehow it only worked on site content and not on Wordpress back office.

No your tutorial is good, because it so happens to be the reason, I find that composing on site content allows this and then a separate set of steps to get it SEO-optimized. Today I’m so far behind in my swag challenge but I have got drafts done only. Mostly imagery holds me back. I’ll definitely check your tutorial :)
Thanks for taking the efforts for all of us.
Same to everyone who did put tutorials.
