Recently I keep seeing comments and questions on viewing several screens at once. If you are not used to this I want to show you a simple step by step way of viewing two screens and having collapsed files on your bottom task bar.
During my “gainfully” employed years I often worked between two screens, for example Word and Xcel, so I hope my experience can provide some training for you. Please note that this is aimed at people with no or little computer knowledge. If anyone else finds it helpful I’m glad.
I have attached a picture to show the final appearance of the steps required. Don't worry it's not as complicated as it looks when you follow the steps!

Hi Helen, to answer your question about the training not being big enough for four pages. If it's too small then it should be a blog post. However this tutorial is comprehensive enough to be considered 'training'. I hope this helps. ~Marion

I myself have a question for anyone who knows. If the training isn't really big enough for 4 pages is there a way you can do it in less?
