It is easy to verify your websites using the All In One SEO Pack that came with your WordPress installation.
There is no need for added plugins or the use of FTP. The All In One SEO will take care of it for you.
Using this method you can verify your websites with both Google Search Console (formerly Google Webmaster Tools) and Bing Webmaster Tools at the same time.
Important note:
*Leave both the Google and Bing windows open until you complete the verification process!*
Let's get started.
The All In One SEO Pack
Go to the Dashboard in the WordPress Admin Area.
Click on the All In One SEO > General Settings
Scroll down the page until You come to the Webmaster Verification Section.
As you can see there are ares for the codes from both Google Search Console (formerly Google Webmaster tools) and Bing Webmaster center.
Leave this window open.

Hey Pharah!
When you verified for Google, did you submit it to Analytics first? I find it is easier to verify with Analytics.
Also note that when you verify with Google, the code will not show on All-In-One SEO.
For Bing, you could try logging out and logging back in. Also make sure that there aren't any hidden spaces or letters from copying and pasting the code.
If you are still having trouble with Bing, you may have to do it manually by copying it into your theme header.
I'm not sure if you can get support to do this for you or not but they used to help. You can try contact them and see if they'll help.
