Thanks steph! I really appreciate this as I had no idea what to do about comments. What if someone is reading your site and has a question about something would questions just go in the same place as comments. I have run into that problem when looking at other sites and I have a question and there is no place at all to put it.

That is a great question and yes, you would ask questions in the same area as the comments. And as a matter of fact, that is encouraged, because by asking questions of the website owners who are facilitating an ongoing discussion and Google likes to see that and ranks websites accordingly.
