hey Jaden, if you are still looking into this then click on the research menu item to the left and then click on the Jaaxy upgrade option - you will be taken to a page where you can link your jaaxy account

I am confused more about Jaaxy more than ever. How do I get my keywords to link to my website? This didn't really say and if it did I must have missed it. Because every time I find good keywords it doesn't bring my website up. I am really lost on this. Please help.

Hi mary - i really think you should go back and watch the course again about keywords.
It is the other way around to what you are saying.
You will be writing articles including the keywords in them. Google then finds the keyords, and if it thinks they are relevant then will add your article to the others using that keyword.
If google thinks yours is the most relevant then it will show it at the top of page one, and people searching for that keyword will know your article is the most relevant and click through.
Take your time with this concept as it is one of the most important.
what you want to do is to find low competition keywords, qsr less than 30 which are relevant to your niche and are understandable, so don't use phrases you would not say, or misspellings.
I hope you are able to get this sorted Mary
have fun

Hi All, I would like to include a link to Jaaxy but I can't figure out how to add the affiliate link to it. I have tried going to banners and copying the HTML code and pasting it in the post but it doesn't work. I have my affiliate link for Jaaxy so I tried adding an image and then creating a link through that and that isn't working either.

I haven't had this problem with any of the WA promotional banners and links so I don't know what I'm missing here.

A call for HELP!! Thanks, Brian

Hi brian - i know that when jaaxy was integrated there were a few problems with the links.
have you gone into your jaaxy account and clicked on the affiliate tab right at the top
If you click on the more links next to your affiliate link you have access to all of the other links
hope this helps

Hi Phil, I actually figured out what the problem was. When you add the affiliate link to the content in Text edit mode, you need to check that in the URL it doesn't say "noopener". For some reason this was buried inside the HTML and when I cleared this out it linked perfectly.

Thanks for getting back to me.

All the best,

Brian

I have been using the KW FINDER KEYWORD RESEARCH TOOL:

https://www.vettedopps.com/kwfinder

This is a tool that shows you how easy it is to rank on Google for a particular search term

I love the tool but since I have been here at Wealthy Affiliate I have also been using the Jaxxy keyword tool. The problem is that Jaxxy typically shows different results than the KW FINDER KEYWORD RESEARCH TOOL in terms of ranking potential. The KW FINDER KEYWORD RESEARCH TOOL may say a term is eay to rank for while Jaxxy says it is not.

My questions are:

1) With Jaxxy, has anyone used the results provided by Jaxxy and achieved great results? Have you been able to get first page rankings on Google?

2) Also, I want to be clear on what I should be looking for in Jaxxy. Is it QSR under 30 and traffic of over 100? Is this correct?
Reply
TopAchiever Premium
Thanks for your valuable input Scott.

1/ This is quite definite as a lot of users in WA continue to blog how they've ranked on the first page with Google. 2/ I believe Kyle answers this in his training here: Personally, I look for QSR under 100, if not less than 40, and the higher the traffic the better.

Hope that helps.

Let me know if you still need further assistance.

Regards

Hi Scott,

I haven't tested other tools, but Jaaxy works for me. I have lots of first page rankings.

I always choose QSR under 30, and more than 50 searches.

I have done a ton of keyword research using Jaaxy, and while I have see a few 100s in the SEO column, I have never seen one over 100.
Reply
TopAchiever Premium
Chris I found your comment very intriguing and so I decided to find out for myself if this is true.

I actually stumbled upon one that is over 100!

Although it appears that the numbers are definitely lower, there are some over 100.

See attached image
Reply
CJDodaro Premium
I wasn't talking about over 100 Traffic. I was talking about over 100 SEO.
Reply
TopAchiever Premium
The overall number represented here is a percentage and would therefore not exceed 100.

This is probably confirmed in the black information box seen in the image attached below.

How do you save a list so you can export it?
Reply
skmorrow Premium
If you are using the blue Jaaxy link on the WA platform, I believe after you search a KW, you have to view the full report on Jaaxy (link on bottom right of page). Then you can save a KW to a list.

I use the web version, and you can easily add words to a list by with a checkbox and clicking "Save to list"
Reply
SteveCrozza Premium
Once you login
search for keywords
select the keywords to save (by putting a tick in the box)
this makes a "save to list" option appear in the heading next to Keyword heading
follow the save process.

Once saved
go to Saved lists in the top headings
a list of keyword lists will appear
on the right hand side of each keyword are your options
- CSV, TEXT, View, Rename, Delete

I believe if you search from the link in WA it is slightly different, not a feature I use, and JAAXY is down right now so I can't check it.

happy searching

HI, SOSRRY TO BE A PAIN BUT THE FIRST PART OF THIS TUTORIAL DOESNT MAKE SENSE TO ME...CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE RELEVANCE OF THE "F" AND "C" AND THE LISTS THAT WERE CREATED BY ADDING THIS...

WHAT AM I MISSING PLEASE :-) TANIA
Reply
TopAchiever Premium
Hi Tania

Great question!

Apologies for not replying sooner.

This is part of the alphabet search in more complex form.

What happened when I typed in the original phrase "online training" and + c, was that it brought up another phrase "online training course" which now broadens my search to include courses online related to training.

in the case with adding d, it brought up a phrase "online dealer training" (not sure why it didn't produce anything with the f)

Lastly, adding the f, brought up a non-sensical phrase, which we just ignore.

Basically it is using other letters to complete the phrase and to see what comes up to make the phrase more unique.

I trust this has been helpful. If not, let me know and I will try to assist you further.

Regards

Edu

What about TRAFFIC 526 / QSR 123 / SEO 90.

Is this a keyword worth considering according to Jaaxy?

In the training I saw here Kyle says: He says the far left AVG traffic should be:

Traffic OVER 30

and then:

QSR UNDER 100

Some are saying here traffic over 100.
Reply
feigner Premium
At the start Scott don't worry too much about the traffic - this is organic and until google thinks you are going to stick around then it won't take too much notice of you.
Go for low hanging fruit - qsr 30 or less, giving yourself a much better chance of getting somewhere in google.
Make your own traffic by using social media.
If your niche is competative then you will need to keep the qsr down.
the main thing is to solve a problem with each post and visitors will read it, and hopefully click on your solution.
Good luck
Phil

So I looked into a keyword and for the AVG <10 and QSR of 18. Could this be a possible keyword to use?
Reply
AlexO1 Premium
When considering a keyword, use the 100/100 rule. A good keyword is under 100 QSR and over 100 searches a month. I usually aim to get keywords that have about 100 difference between the QSR and searches per month.
Reply
skmorrow Premium
I am confused, I have not seen an SEO score higher than 100 in Jaaxy as the training suggests.

My next question...is it more important to have an SEO closer to 100 or QSR below 100?

For instance I found a keyword that has 422 avg traffic, QSR 57 but the SEO is only 86. I would expect the SEO score to be higher.

Another keyword is 3889 avg traffic, QSR 139 and SEO is 84. The QSR scares me because it's over 100 per Kyle's training.
Reply
littlemama Premium
I would not worry about SEO criteria too much, it's more important to look at Search Volume (not traffic) and QSR.

Yes, the training suggests Search > 100 and QSR <100.. but I would go even QSR < 50 and any Search volume over 50 is okay to use as long as the QSR is <50.
Reply
skmorrow Premium
Wow QSR under 50. Okay, I have actually found about 20 keywords that are QSR <50 & >100 search volume.

Thank you!
Reply
littlemama Premium
Yeah because anything over 50 is still very hard to rank for for QSR.
Reply
skmorrow Premium
I just read your post about MORE traffic, so that was funny, you just responded to my question, then I read your post about QSR.

if you signed in jaaxy as a free member. you only allow to search 30 key words. if over the limit, you will need to pay the member fee.

if you are WA Premium Member, you can search from "Keyword Tool" at the sidebar on your left.

What order are the alphabet soup entries displayed in. Does the first item shown have the highest frequency in google and the second appearing the next most often? Thanks.

As far as I know, they are just in an Alphabetical Order.
Some letters don't reveal results as there may not be any available at that point in time.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for the training. I have a couple of questions. In the Certification Training, I remember Kyle mentioning keywords with QSR at around 100 and traffic around 100 also. What I don't remember is what column are we supposed to look at for traffic? Is it the column labeled "Avg", or the column labeled "Traffic"?
Reply
littlemama Premium
You use the AVG column for search volume. Traffic column is the expect traffic if you rank on first page.

I understand that the higher the SEO score the better it is to get ranked.

Why does a particular keyword only has a SEO score of 88? Why not higher with the figures below? The other stats are:

Avg = 31,000, Traffic = 5200, QSR = 0, KQI = green
Reply
ninjazrb Premium
The SEO score is based on the authority of the competition for that keyword. The tougher the competition the lower the SEO score. Shoot for 80+ on the SEO score.

Thanks, it explains me more what those numbers mean. Still I have problems remember the jaaxy name. I always type in for example Jaxy, or Jaxsy.. Maybe I have some dyslexy.
SEO maximum is 100, but you say it should be over 100. Many people say you want high trafic numbers, other say that it should be low because then one can direct everything to ones own site. That is you make the trafic number higher by directing it to your site.

I'm still not getting this part though...
When I first started at WA, I was told to look for QSR <300 and monthly searches >50. Though for Low Hanging Fruits, it's a different set of numbers.
Could you please clarify what you meant by:
UNDER 400 QSR - Quoted Search Results (Less than 400 clicks per month) and
OVER 100 SEO - Exact Searches (100 or plus clicks per month)?
Thank you.

TopAchiever Premium
These are the figures I have obtained from the information within Jaaxy mentioned time and time again. It is also mentioned in the training within Jaaxy. Perhaps over time, from the date of this information on Jaaxy, until the time that you were advised, the stats have to be revised. I will check with Kyle and advise as soon as I know.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
