You have a fair website, no way to complain about, 100% spam-free, still sometimes Facebook blocks your website URL. Under such a condition Facebook does not allow you to share any URL on the Facebook page from your website.

It is really unfortunate and frustrating to get banned from the social giant unless there is a proper reason. Your business may be highly affected if you can not share posts/links on Facebook. I have seen, many bloggers/website owners suffer from this awful situation, especially beginners.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please do not worry! If you own a fair and spam-free website as per the rules of Facebook, They sometimes block your website due to certain reasons which are not clearly written anywhere. But, they will unblock your URL if you follow certain steps in a sequential manner. Let's see how to unblock a blocked website on Facebook.

The tutorial is devided in three parts:

  1. Why Facebook blocks website URL: You need to know why Facebook blocks your website URL.
  2. Things not to do in Facebook: If you follow these rules your website will remain unblocked always.
  3. How to unblock a blocked website in Facebook: In this section, you are getting a full tutorial to unblock a blocked website. You just need to follow a few easy steps.

So, let's start from the next page.

Were you able to recover your facebook account?

The same thing happened to me last week.
Probably, I added too many links to my posts as comments to a question in one of the groups. I think it was all good and relevant, but maybe someone decided to report.
Now my website can't be shared by anyone.
Tried reporting to FB in multiple forms, but in vain.
I need to find a way to get to some real support person,
But FB is playing hard to get, especially now.
I don't have the buttons you have.
Also tried some options from this post:
https://johnfowler.co/facebook-blocked-my-website

Still nothing. Don't have "Get started" or Chat buttons. They are not available to every user.

I'm getting frustrated..

Hi, I mentioned my answer to a similar query on Shaynne's comment below.

I know it's very frustrating to get blocked on Facebook, because it's really difficult to recover once it gets blocked.

Facebook takes action in 2 ways,
1. Facebook block you by themselves due to not obeying their rules.
2. When someone reports against you.

In the former one, they are a bit kind and reviews your request to unblock, but the later one is not fully dependent on Facebook.

In the later case actually deal harshly because when someone or many people report against your page is been treated as spam.

My page was blocked by Facebook as I shared my post to many groups within an hour (because I was traveling and I had no other work). But, no one complained. That's the reason the method worked for me.

My suggestions,
1. Continue your request to recover the page.
2. Side-by-side starts a new page.
3. Avoid posting direct affiliate links to Facebook, they don't like it.

You can check the discussion with Shaynne below. This may help you.

What's the update? Could you unblock?

Nope.
Probably need to start a loop again, sending reports where possible. But I don't have great hope about it.
And paying 500USD for this won't be worth it for me

Unfortunate.
You may ask Shaynne to know how she fixed it (Check her conversation here), because both of you faced a similar issue.

Please help me it's going to be a month now that Facebook blocked my URL https://wonderpinays.com

I reported this many times and nobody ever tried to help me in any Facebook Team (Community, for Developers, Help Support, name it!) I also did what you have instructed from the webmaster tools, debug still it says ”against Community Standart” but no option to click ”Report” or ”Appeal”. Please help me report this.

I got no views for weeks no I can't share articles from my website to Facebook and Instagram even just to display on my timeline and profile. Please somebody help me. I already asked for help from WA SUPPORT, but they said that this problem is on Facebook.

Can you please mention,
1. What is the exact reason Facebook banned your profile?
2. Did you shared make-money-online related or any unusual content rapidly?
3. Did you sent friend request or shared content massively in a day?
4. Did you shared your content to a group which is not related to your niche?
5. How many days did you wait after sending your request to them?

I say "No" to #s 2,3,4 question.

Q#1:I don't know because like what I've said, I have never received any notification, I just noticed this issue when I was about to share a blog post to my Facebook Page. (I have attached the screenshot)

Q#5: I cannot count the days because I have never received a notification like your example in your Lesson. And if I have received a notice from them, I would answer them as soon as possible and immediately fix the issue.

Kindly help me if you know how to fix this. Thank you.

This is a bit critical, it looks like someone reported against your page!
I have not listed this particular issue in this training because probably Facebook takes direct complaint issues more seriously.

I can see there is not even an option to get rid of it.
I'd suggest you get in touch with their help center because you don't have an option to send them a revision request.
https://www.facebook.com/help/

It is still good news that you can log in to your account. If people report against a particular profile, Facebook often blocks the account permanently. It's good news you didn't experience something like that.

Besides, you may start a new account in the meantime, a start building it. Facebook help center is one of the laziest places, it's uncertain how long will it take to resolve.

You’re right. I’m tired of thinking about Facebook.

I did a little bit of work. I have created a tumblr account for my brand then from there I tried to share the post from Tumblr to Facebook then when the audience click the link, they will be redirected to Tumblr going to my website.

For now, this is a good fix. Good thing there are other platforms to use in sharing our work.

Thank you.

It's a good idea, but probably not as effective as Facebook itself.

It's bad news that Facebook blocked you, but there is an inspiring video for you. This lady became super affiliate without any Facebook Ads as Facebook banned her.

You get a series of training presented by this lady, you may chem them all.

Thank you for this. I need to divert my energy into something else that could lead me to the right path. I'm totally burned out right now.

It's a bit difficult to follow her ways, but if you can follow even 50-60% you'll be the gainer for sure. I just suggest you be stick to your niche and follow her ways as much as you can.

You don't need any social media further, because to be honest social media don't convert unless you place paid advertisements there. Even it's not easy to optimize a perfect Ad, because you have to try your product with different audiences to check where it hits.

The process sucks a lot of money because. I know because I have to place ads for my e-commerce store.

Rather, keep writing and rank in Google, it's 1000 times better if you want to stay on affiliate marketing.

Yes I hired someone to unblock my website.
But then after a week, my website was blocked again so I reached out again to the guy and unblocked successfully.

Great. Did you hire a freelancer or you contacted a Facebook developer?
If you share your experience a bit elaborately, it'll be helpful to other people.
I noticed, nowadays more numbers of people are facing this issue than ever, and unable to unblock.

Hello, everyone I've seen you guys have the same problem as I was! This problem freaked me out and stayed me up late at night for almost a month. I have been spending time reporting the issue to FB Devs every day, no one did ever noticed me. Then I stumbled upon a cybersecurity page on Facebook, asked if he can unblock my website.

He first asked if I am doing illegal hacking, or publishing spammy post. I said, "No".

He said, " Or maybe you posted about Coronavirus - Facebook usually flagged Pages that shares irrelevant facts about it."

He just made sure that I wasn't doing illegal or deceiving people through my post.

Here's the link to his Facebook Page ---> https://www.facebook.com/warengonzagaofficial/

BTW, I didn't ask if he was part of Facebook or anything, I just desperately wanted to unblock my website at that point in time so I paid via PayPal (PayPal is secure so I didn't think twice) so I don't know how to answer that question.

I hope this will help others.
Earlier you mentioned, he fixed the issue but it came back again, and you contacted him again. How is the situation now? Did he fix it another time?
Did he ask for your Facebook login details?

Hello, no. He didn't asked any privacy info. He just unblocked it, for less than 24hours.

Yes it came back after a week. He said somebody actually reported my Page and perhaps that someone knew me personally, then he/she does this intentionally or mistakenly.

”Either way, I'll just unblock it again.”

Then I didn't pay for the 2nd time because it was the same website. He's a good guy.

Good to know.
It's unfortunate that someone is blocking your website intentionally. I suggest you, try guessing who might be he/she and take action before it happens another time.
And yes, don't share your post to a group/ profile which is not well matched to your niche. Even try avoiding post a comment if anyone else is promoting his/her products. These may harm.

That's really good info, thank you.

We all hope it will never happen but we rely on less than a handful of Big Companies for our marketing. If you do fall foul of them, most simply will not tell you why.
