If you head to https://webmaster.yandex.com/, you can create an account manually or with a number of third party authenticaion services (I used my Google account) for free.

Once you're in, you'll see a very obvious panel with a big yellow button to add your site.

Click the yellow button, then type your domain into the box you'll see, including the http:// or https:// part of the URL. See the picture below if you're not sure.

By the way, I don't actually have a website called, "myinterestingsite.com". I've checked and the domain is available to purchase for $13.99/year if you're interested. ;-)

As your site is probably well established, you may find it's already been discovered by Yandex but it's worth registering just to access their webmaster tools.
