Overview

This training is on how to structure your trainings here at WA. In fact it works for any presentation online or live, I mention this because I know we are all here to learn from each other and implement strategies within WA but also outside too. However, this training will only use examples related to creating trainings here at WA.

What do I mean by the structure of a training? The structure is the order or sequence you put your content in. This is important particularly from an educational or lifelong learning point of view. At the very least you want to describe your training in the order you would implement it. Throughout this training I highlight how you can extend beyond just chronological order.

Firstly, why listen to me? From my profile here at WA you can see that I have a great deal of experience in education and small business. Almost 10 years experience in small business, it will be 10 years on 1 Dec 2017! I am a qualified and trained teacher and no matter what I have decided to do in small business it has always been around sharing knowledge and building community. I will include the following 5 key steps to structuring your training.

Steps:

  1. Communicate Your the Expert
  2. Be Credible
  3. Step out your Knowledge
  4. What is a void and why use them? and
  5. Include a Call to Action

So let's get started on Step 1 Communicate Your the Expert

Once again another great training Fleur! Very thorough walk through. I do like the section explain the voids, but the call to action is a must read for all!. I am going to copy it down and reread again tomorrow, as I'm sure I've missed a few things. Thanks so much once again. I greatly appreciate reading these trainings.

I was just going over in my mind what I was going to start calling your collection of trainings, lol... its so funny how we do those kinds of things :o)

I found the training excellent all the way through, Fleur, but if I had to give my best take away from the training I would say The Call To Action. This is an essential step to ask for the sale.
