Hi my fellow boot camp teammates. Has everyone figured out posting on FB, but me? I thought I understood but its not working. I went to my wall on FB and the post wasn't there. The problem may be on FB's end I'm not sure. I'm not savvy with FB either so any help would be greatly appreciated.

FB doesn't like WA posts - FB only likes promoting their own approved propaganda and dumb games.

Copy you affiliate link for the page you wish to share and then paste it into a FB blog. More than likely you will be faced with some pictures in which you must choose all of one kind, say for instance choose all the pictures with waterfalls. Then you post should go through.

ROCK ON!

Thank you for trying to help but I have no idea what you mean. I have a fb account but I never use it because I don't know how.

Again thank you for trying,
Pat

Up at the top of this page you can click the "like" button to share this page on your FB page. It may not work that way though. If it doesn't work then press the white "affiliate" button up top of this page and highlight and copy your personal affiliate link.

Then open FB and in the box where it says "what's on your mind" paste the link you copied. You can also write a short description to entice people to read your post.

If FB asks you to match up pictures then do that and your post should be fine.

When I click the like button it doesn't do what it did with Kyel it just says confirm and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I will try going into fb and see if that works.

Thanks so much for your help I will let you know if it works.

On another note: I found the g+ and fb tab but I can't find twitter do you know where it is?

Thanks again
Pat

There's not a twitter button in WA.

Y ouare not doing anything wrong with the "like" button, that same thing happened to me a few times before. Just add the link directly into FB as I mentioned earlier.

Exactly right. I just limit my post to a couple 3 times a week and make them different ones. Plus I do it through private message to people I know.

Thanks so much that's good to know. Unfortunately, when I go to my FB and try to put the link in ther's an error message telling me it will keep trying. I don't know what to do it appears I can't even get past the first boot camp lesson.

All help greatly appreciated,

Pat

Hey everyone, I'm not a FB fan. I think I may try the FB Fanpage at a latter date and see how that pans out. Great video though, and lots of good information from everyone. Thanks

I'm still confused on this. I was told not to post the link directly onto facebook but to post a link on facebook to a page on my site that has the WA link in it. But then Shawn is saying to copy the WA link and post it directly onto facebook. So I don't know what to do. I have no idea where the sharing comes in. I don't understand why this is hard for me.
Thanks for your help,
Barbara

Hi Barbara!
If you Have a FB fanpage, then you can copy Your affiliate link and post IT directly there with a little text to go with for Your followers. I don't like posting it the way it is because it's long, so I shorten it 1st by using;
http://bit.ly/
But If you don't Have a fanpage, you could share IT by liking the FB icon on top right of the WA site and follow The indication you get on clicking it.
Scroll down My page and see How I do it;

Let me know If you need any other thing!

I just hit the like button and FB makes me select matching pictures (similar tro what a captcha code does) and boom, my post is on FB.

ROCK ON!

ok, thanks very much Geraldine! I really appreciate your help. I will try it and see how it works. What is a fan page? I tried but I couldn't see where it came up in facebook.

Either way works. Just choose the easiest way for you to complete.

Hi bjdluna,
A fanpage is a page you create to talk about your business on Facebook. Facebook does not like that we post stuff concerning our businesses on our personal profiles, so give the option of creating a new page seperate from the usual profile where you connect with friends, called fanpage.
You can log into your Facebook profile, and on the home page, by clicking to your name, will find on the left column the option to "create page."

Follow this training I found for you; If you still don't understand, leave me a message on my page: https://www.facebook.com/geraldineeno.okon/ and I'll be happy to guide you. Or simply send me a friend request here:
