The same way you have installed the hupso share plugin, you can download and install a plugin called Ultimate Follow me. This plugin allows people to befriend you on facebook, or follow you on twitter or any other social network you belong to.
After installing the plugin, the same way we are going to configure the hupso share button, we are going do the same with this plugin.

ZillaShare is also a good plugin, Hupso has too many buttons for my liking
