Google alerts is a great way of keeping tabs on your updates for your chosen Niches.
I appreciate articles have been written previously on this matter however I also think it’s great to get reminders for new people joining wealthy affiliate.
Basically it is a content alert notification system that sends notifications to your chosen email address.

Can someone Write an article based on situations in his own country or for the sake of wide coverage write in popular countries?
What I mean is this, can I write an article specific to a local region? If I do, someone in another country may not read it because it's not applicable to where he lives.
Or should I write an article that correspond to situations in the United States which everyone may read but not applicable to my own country?

I fear I'm about to tell you what you already know ...
Yes, you can, and whether you should or not depends upon what you are trying to achieve...
I.E. who and where is the target audience you are trying to reach (i.e. your niche)?
If your target audience is local then that should be clear on your post. For example, perhaps you are heading towards selling the services of a specific plumber or, also, in the plumbing world, selling fittings that are specific to a particular country. In both cases being clear about locality is important.
You could perhaps be trying to promote an issue for your locality to build international awareness, in which case you'd make that clear in your post.
