In order to set-up your Site Identity Icon, you need to go to your Dashboard and click Appearance then on the drop down menu, click Customize.

Yes, Roger. You need to have a personal domain for your niche site before you can do all these. Have you thought of one already? Think about your passions and select what you like most. Hope this helps! :)
