This is the second tutorial, creating a Member’s Sign-in page for your website.

Initially when I set up my Question and Answer page, I was planning on answering the questions myself (to build up more content) but when I realized I could get others involved in asking and answering the questions, I decided to go the route of installing a plug in and created a Questions and Answer Page (I will leave a link at the end of this tutorial).

For this tutorial, I am going to show you how you can create a Members Sign-in page for one area of your website (for me it was the Question and Answer Page). Now anyone who visits my site can view all the content except for this one page where they have to register and sign in to see it. For those who are returning members, there is a separate login form.

Let’s start.

Hi Mary Ann.

I couldn't get WP Members to work on my site, so I settled on Ultimate Member. It's not quite as beginner-friendly as WP Members, but at least it's working.

Thanks for a great series of articles—you got me up and running in next-to-no time at all.

Cheers.
