Step 3 is to go to the destination. This is where you want the user to go to when they click on the source link. Click on the anchor box.

Step 4 is to name the Anchor. It MUST be the same name as Step #2 when you named the destination with the Hashtag (Step 2 example was #scam) but step 4 is WITHOUT the hashtag (#) as shown below.

Here is the proof that it worked after clicking "ok" button. It has the anchor symbol before the keyword you want it to go to indicated by the 'anchor' symbol below before the word scam.
