Review marketing is a prominent way to prove to local clients that your brand is the right choice for them, but your job isn’t done for just getting new reviews. Why You Should Respond to Your Business' Reviews

Responding to reviews is a crucial part of your brand’s review marketing tactic. Responding to positive reviews proves to clients that you appreciate them and that you truly care about their experience with your brand.

Most brands already know that responding to negative reviews is important to prove to anyone (who stumbles at the review) that you care about rectifying things or rebuild your relationship with the clients.

Responding to neutral reviews is a powerful idea, which could serve as the little push to trigger customers giving your business another chance. And keep in mind that customers expect to hear from you after making a purchase and leaving you a review.
