If you have no ghost account, then simply choose the “Publish Immediately” button by clicking on it, and your book will begin to upload. After the successful uploading, you will see the conversion progress.

If there are conversion errors, please try again or check and fix the errors or problems then upload again. It will never be easy to publish your book until you do it yourself practically.
