So, leave that page for now, and go back to your dashboard. You want to click on MEDIA -> ADD NEW
It will look like this:
Next up, click the "Select Files" button and navigate your computer until you find the file you want.
Click "Open" then after it is uploaded, scroll down the page and after checking it is the right file, click "save all changes". You should now see a page like this.
No need to do anything here, just check that it is there and everything is all hunky dory.
Right, now the file is uploaded to your web space, oooh, easy right?

Well let's say you want to offer a pdf to someone. You could create a new page called "FREE PDF" (or whatever you want) and on that page you would put whatever usual content you like, such as information about the pdf, pictures, screenshots, etc, then you would just go to "add media" as explained in the training, and add it into your page, just like if you were adding a photo. When someone clicks the pdf, it will automatically download.
