the next step is to click on the layout button
On the bottom left of the screen you will see different settings.
This pretty much explains itself,but you can have bannerfans preset sizes in a dropdown menu,or you can put in your own sizes to match your header banner for instance.
You can also upload your own image,just click on "i want to upload my own image".
After every change you make to your banner "always click on update my banner"

Thanks Gary, I had a great banner site and I lost all my bookmarks when I reset my computer to factory new....backed up files but forgot to take note of some of my great tools in my bookmarks. I went with Firefox again too, I may have been able to retrieve through Google Chrome, but it was giving me fits. Lol. :))
