A strong password should contain at least two lowercase letters, two upper case letters, two numbers, and two symbols (like # and \). It should also be about 12 characters long, and you don’t want to put the same type of character (like lower case letters) next to each other.

Now that we are clear on what makes a strong password, it’s time to come up with an algorithm.

Thanks for this tutorial Ian. I have used a similar method that I made up myself but wasn't too sure about it. Your training now provides me with a way to fine tune my passwords.
