You will be monetizing your content as you continue to develop your website. However, at this point you may not have much traffic as your site is brand new. There is no point in placing any affiliate links in your content until you first have an audience. Here is why....

Google and other search engines will only rank your content once they have had a chance to see what type of content you are producing.

Search engines HATE spam content so if you are stuffing your content full of affiliate links you WILL NOT rank for your keyword, especially when your site is new. Google WILL rank content that is informative and helpful to the public.

Generally, it will take up to a week before your website is even indexed in search engines! After that all your pages and posts will be continuously checked and ranked accordingly.

It is not likely that you will get any high rankings until you have written quite a few posts that search engines find helpful. I highly recommend that you write at least six to ten quality posts before trying to sell anything on your site.
