Step (3) Look on the left side of the page, look for a "widget" called (links) which is right under pages.
Step (4) Click on links
Step (5) In links widget, you will see a place for placing an URL, instead of putting an URL. Put in # just the "#" without the quotes.
Step (6) In the Link Text, this is where you will put the NAME you want on your menu.
Step (7) Click " Add to Menu"
Now you just created a custom name that is none clickable to your menu. Moving forward to Step (8) Your new menu will drop in the right-hand side of your menu.

Wonderful Training Jennifer.
Just what I needed. I was searching for the place that I have to add # to in order to make a page that links to nothing, then I realized that I have to create a link instead of a page.
Thank you for your training. It was really helpful.
I'd be happy to follow.

Wow, thanks Jenn. This solved my main menu problem immediately! Thanks for the tutorial; I guess you have to make main menu items "custom", something that was not clearly explained in the training videos.
Perhaps you can help with a different problem: if I downloaded a clickbank vendor banner to my website, how do I put my clickbank vendor id inside the banner? Clickbank text links are no problem.
Using the banner, I have the alt and src parameters pointing to my website. If I try to take these out, the picture will disappear. Have you run into this problem before? If so, do you have a tutorial on it?
Thanks.
John
