This is a tutorial on how to make a clickable button using the block editor and the Generatpress theme.

The button will be styled, moved to the position you want it to be and given a call to action.

Then you will see how the button works.

Let me know in the comments if you have a question.

Lisa.

Hi Lisa,

This video tutorial was very helpful. I think it's neat how we can create customizable buttons through the block editor and GeneratePress.

I've been making buttons for my posts the last few months, so I have a general understanding of how to do it. Your tutorial is a great refresher and reminder.

Very simple and straightforward- thank you for sharing :)

Regards,

-Eric

Wow, your video is very helpful. It's very easy to follow.

I have been using the Da Button... in fact, I made a button from it. I tried making a button using the Generate Press Premium theme last year but I couldn't change the size. I'll follow what you showed in your video today.

Thank you for taking the time to make this.

Have a blessed weekend, Lisa.

Interesting. A little hard to follow on android phone because of small print and when enlarging doesn't show all. Turning phone doesn't give wider view, but got most of it. Have to view on computer.

Thanks.

Awesome video, Lisa! That was helpful.

I don't use the WP editor very often because I use Elementor. How do you balance using the WP editor and using Elementor?

You are very welcome.
I only use Elementor to style individual pages and for everything else, I use the block editor.
I should really get rid of Elementor and I will when my subscription runs out.

Wordpress is doing its best to make page builders obsolete.

At the same time, Elementor is doing its best to evolve, with cloud hosting, etc.

I use Elementor as a base, and only load the title and particulars on the wp editor, save draft and open Elementor to add template and paste content.
