Have you also been added to loads of Facebook groups by someone? Groups that you have no interest in and then you get loads of notifications wasting your time. Then you leave the group and 5 minutes later the same person just adds you right back in?

This video shows you how to control your individual groups notifications as well as how to leave a group so that nobody can add you back to that same group.

This training video was inspired by the comments on my blog post about my annoyance when people add me to Facebook groups and group chats.

Invites to Facebook Groups and Group Chats

I hope you find this helpful to free up your notifications and keep your Facebook account free from unwanted groups and chats!

Excellent follow-up training to your article dashboard posted yesterday about scam Facebook groups, Lynne.

It's just too bad that it's even necessary for you to have spent the time writing this article as well as the included video. But, there just are so many unscrupulous people in the world today who cannot be trusted! Including people present on Facebook!

I'm sure that many people here at WA will find a great deal of benefit through what you presented in this article!

That was nice. Broken down to show us right where to go and what to so. It is also en encouragement to get back to building YOUR website not a group on FB. Thanks Lynne. I follow you because we have a lot in common in some areas of our live. I once upon a time found myself at rock bottom with addictions and had to face cleaning up or probably dying. My choice was the same has yours. Time to fight a hard fight. Now it is hard to believe I was once there. Have a Blessed day Lynne. And keep up the awesome training you inspire a lot of us my friend!

Yes I know what you mean. There are some moments when I look around and suddenly remember where I was and then I can't quite believe that I made it! Congrats on your recovery Joanne :)
