In this video, I will teach you how to install WordPress in HostGator cPanel (or any cPanel for that matter) using the "Quick Install" feature.
If your first experience with using WordPress was here at Wealthy Affiliate, you're probably used to the super easy to use install feature built into WA. But what if you have outgrown the WA hosting and need more freedom to do things with your own hosting account?
The first time logging into cPanel can be confusing and intimidating. In HostGator, there is no "one-click" install feature like at WA - but don't worry, installing a WordPress site is still super easy and it only takes a few additional clicks on your part if you know what you're doing.
NOTE: If you are using another host other than HostGator, but your host uses cPanel, this video should work for you too.

What is it that the app wants me to accomplish? Good question lol. I have a license to sell the app but it must be installed on the site to put all the features on there like tracking sales and customers. I’m not way savvy on this. Wordpress does have an Advanced File Manager. That says you won’t need cPanel of FTP, but the instructions for the app are only for cPanel users.
