You will need a video editing tool. Like iMovie in the Mac. I am sure Windows has something similar. Upload both short movies as clips into a new project you create. Then splice them together digitally and save. Now you will have your new movie that combines the two.
Give it a new name off course.

Hi Janet...for years I have been using software called Any Video Converter.
My son plays hockey and I record the games for past 6 years. Every time the referee blows his whistle I pause the webcam and it creates a new clip. I end up with about 30-50 clips.
I upload the video clips to the software, make one click at the bottom then click convert.
