Hello Folks!
Every day I aim to try to help as many WA members as possible. As we know, there are many ways to help those who require assistance, from answering PM's to engaging in Live Chats.
This isn't necessarily a step-by-step prescription on how we should help others here at WA; rather, I would just like to share some of my most effective strategies for helping others.
Of course, the by-product of helping others and engaging in the community is we get rewarded by our Member Rank. Our help doesn't go unnoticed, and we get ranked accordingly as we near Ambassador status.

Thank you Mac, one problem I do encounter is I received lots of emails on member's blog everyday and while I try to read and make comments to most of my network group, I am overspending my time doing it. How do you then balance the workload here and my site's work? Regards Sadie

It's a tricky one, Sadie, I guess it's really about prioritising.
In my situation, I spend most of my time in the community but little on my website. Initially, it was the other way around, where I was focusing on my website and once it was build up, I then found that I was in a better position to help others here in the WA community. Once we have developed our skills on website-building, SEO etc, we will be better informed to help others.
There's no hard and fast rule, that's just my take. Hope this helps. Cheers!
