PAGE 5 – How to verify your content is indexed in Google
We all want our content to get indexed into Google as fast as possible, right? Well when you click the “Publish” button in WordPress it normally takes Google a few days before they index your content, especially when your website is new. But wouldn’t you like to know how you can manually get Google to index your content within hours instead of days?
EASY STEP BY STEP PROCESS
This easy process are for those who have already set up and registered their website in Google Webmaster Tools, which is now called Google Search Console GSC. Both names are interchangeable. Each of the following 5 steps are illustrated by pictures and a brief description.
STEP 1: COPY YOUR DOMAIN URL
As seen in the image above, I am copying my entire domain URL. It does not matter if you copy that last forward slash /. This is basically the page or post title.
NEXT UP = Using Google Search Console
I also am noticing all my other requested indexing have disappeared from the newer GWT search console. Does this mean I need to re-index all my posts? thanks ahead.
