How to get Motivated when you feel like Quitting

Have you once developed a feeling that your vision is getting destroyed?

Have you ever experienced sleepless nights at one time or the other as a result of frustrations or dejection?

Well, everybody is equally affected when it comes to such situations of life. The truth about this situation is that everybody is involved (Myself inclusive), but when I'm passing through that, I try to control the situation by taking certain steps to ensure that I get rid of it and life goes on.

Even when I experience writer's block or don't get motivated on time to do the necessary sometimes, I take steps to get off the mood quickly. After a while, I get back to my normal state and move on with life.

Though I'm not a professional motivator, I make sure I don't give room for weariness. I take actions quickly, look for a way forward and move on with life.

I read motivational series and pick words suitable for self motivation. You need to "stop talking and start doing". That was a quote from one of the motivational books I have read so far and quotes like that have helped me a lot.

I read a motivational book many years ago and picked a quote that says, "When you fall down, make sure to pick something from the ground".

Below are some steps I take when I feel like quitting and need motivation:

#1. Read blog posts

#2. Observe a break

#3. Watch videos and listen to podcasts

#4. Attend social events

#5. Enter the kitchen and begin cooking

Thank you, Israel for your excellent blog post and training, I really appreciated it. I think that taking a break gives everyone a fresh mindset or just doing something totally different, I will often just go for a walk across the fields and marvel at the beauty all around me, it works for me!

Wishing you the best Israel.

Awesome post man and I really like the beautiful quote in the end. Talking about motivation you can also subscribe on youtube motivational channels and I would recommend two of them: Team Fearless and Be Inspired, feel free to signup for the any other as they're also good. Cheers man!
