Schedule your posts in advance with the native Creator Studio for Facebook. Once you have linked your Instagram account to your Facebook page, you can access Creator Studio and start using it.
Once you’re in the app, select the post you want to schedule and click “Scheduled posts” in the top bar. Then choose a day and time to post. Once you’re finished, you can go back and edit or delete your scheduled post.
